Kids Day Minnesota 2007 will be held on Saturday February 10 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at King of Grace Lutheran Church in Golden Valley. The day exists to provide all children in Minnesota an opportunity to be celebrated and to have fun while in a positive and healthy environment.
                                                                                                              
Kids Day Minnesota will unite kids, celebrities, athletes, media personnel and public figures of Minnesota. They will build a bond with each other and Minnesota kids will be shown that they are cared about; and that is a powerful thing.

Kids Day Activities will include a craft room, game room, open gym, carnival games, live music and many photo opportunities. There will also be a media room where kids can be news anchors, reporters, radio hosts, or journalists. Local firefighters and police officers will also be on hand to provide tours of the trucks and uniform try-on. One of the favorite attractions is a reading room where the Minnesota Stars will read their favorite childhood book to the kids. All of these activities are provided at no cost to the participants with all the donation proceeds going to Free Arts Minnesota, Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women and Prevent Child Abuse Minnesota.
